Your First Visit
Please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to fill out a New Patient form. You can also download and fill out the form in advance.
Initial Examination
Your dentist will start by reviewing your medical and dental history, followed by a comprehensive dental exam. This includes a detailed assessment of your gums, teeth, bite, and jaw, an oral cancer screening, and any necessary X-rays
Treatment Plan
Using the information gathered from your history and exam, your dentist will create a personalized treatment plan. They’ll also take the time to address any questions you may have about your oral health and available treatment options.
Insurance & Payment
At de Man & Höediono Dentistry, we’ll help you understand your payment and insurance options so you can focus on your dental care.
We can help review your coverage, outline estimated costs, and answer any questions you may have so you feel informed before moving forward with treatment.
Insurance Claims
We can direct bill your insurance company, and our administrative team is happy to assist you in better understanding your insurance plan.
Payment Methods
The full treatment cost (or the patient portion if direct-billing to your insurance) must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by debit or most major credit cards.
Building Healthy Smiles from the Start
A child’s first dental visit is essential for fostering healthy lifelong habits and a positive approach to oral care.
It also allows the dentist to track the development of your child's oral health and identify any potential issues early, before they progress into more serious concerns.
